Marcus Ehrlander joined McChesney & Dale as an associate in 2005, and maintains a general practice with an emphasis in employee benefits, ERISA litigation, and appeals of wrongfully denied disability benefits.

         Marcus graduated from the George Washington University Law School in 2005.  He graduated from the University of Northern Colorado, cum laude, in 2002. 

         Marcus is a member of the bar in Virginia and Maryland, as well as a member of the American Bar Association.

         In law school, Marcus was active on the Moot Court and Mock Trial boards, and as a writer and editor for the law school newspaper, the Nota Bene.  In 2005 he received the award for Best Law School Editorial by the American Bar Association Law Student Division.

Marcus is originally from Fairbanks, Alaska.
