Eric Jason Wexler
Eric joined McChesney & Dale, P.C. as an associate in 2002, and maintains a general practice with an emphasis on employee benefits, ERISA litigation, and appeals of wrongfully denied disability benefits.
A Certified Public Accountant, Eric served as the Deputy Director of Finance in a large Washington, D.C. nonprofit organization while attending law school. Eric received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, and his law degree from the George Washington University.
Eric is licensed to practice law in the following jurisdictions: Maryland, New York, and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the District of Maryland, District of Columbia, Southern District of New York, and Eastern District of New York. In addition, Eric is admitted to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Tax Court.
Eric is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Maryland Association of CPA's.
